ToonDoo is a free fast way for students to create comic strips. It’s a creative way for kids to show what they’ve learned using cartoons. You just drag and drop your characters and backgrounds and write what they’ll say. If you want, you can also create your own character, upload images or add doodles. Free registration is required. The toons are flash-based.
